1.Q. Can we see more pictures of the vehicles?
A. Everyone has different pictures that they want to see. During the sale the only pictures available to us are the pictures you see posted. If you make the highest acceptable offer on a vehicle you can then request specific pictures from the lender. You may also request a copy of the mechanical report.
2.Q. Is there a place that we can preview the vehicles?
A. These vehicles are located in locked outside and inside storage facilities. We just advertise the vehicles and we have no knowledge of the location in most cases. Remember that you offer is non-binding until you inspec the vehicle.
3.Q. Will the lender help with transportation costs?
A. Yes! The lender will pay for $1,000 dollars of the transportation cost.
4. Q. Do we get a discount if we pick it up?
A. Yes! The lender will take $1,000 off of the selling price for self pick up.
5. Q. What happens if after we see and inspect the vehicle and we decide that we do not want to go through with the sale.
A. This only happens rarely but if a buyer takes the time to go and inspect the vehicle and decides for whatever reason not to buy the deal is canceled. If on the other hand the buyer does not go to inspect the vehicle and just changes their mind the deal is canceled and that buyer cannot make any more offers through the sale.
6.Q. If at the end of the sale I have the high offer what happens from there?
A. The buyer will be contacted by the lender by telephone, Email or both.
The lender will first verify that the buyer has made the offer. The buyer can request more information about the vehicle at that time. The lender will provide that information by Email or fax. If the buyer wants to continue with the sale then the lender and the buyer set up a time and place for the buyer to inspect the vehicle. When the lender first contacts the buyer they will ask how the buyer intends to pay for the vehicle. If the buyer has financing in place or it is a cash deal then all that remains is for the buyer to inspect the vehicle. If the buyer requests the lender to provide financing the lender will do a credit application over the phone or by fax.
7.Q. Do the vehicles sold on the RV HELP-U-SELL come with any warranty.
A. The vehicles come with any normal factory warranty that would come with the vehicle. If a vehicle that is sold has one year or 10,000 miles left on the factory warranty then that warranty is available to the new owner. Some manufactures charge a nominal transfer fee usually less than $100 dollars.
It is up to the buyer to check with the manufacturer to verify the warranty.
